# Instruções para desligar a segurança em 2 etapas

Passo 1: Faça login em sua conta Roblox.

Passo 2: No canto superior direito da tela, selecione Configurações => Selecionar informações da conta.

Passo 3: Na seção Endereço de e-mail, caso você ainda não tenha verificado seu e-mail. Deixe como está.

Caso você já tenha verificado seu e-mail. Você deve mudar para outro endereço de e-mail não verificado. Isso se chama criação de e-mails vermelhos. Você clica na seção de edição e insere um novo e-mail. Em seguida, clique em “Alterar e-mail”. Se a mensagem “Verificação pendente” aparecer, você concluiu o processo.
